Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Orders under R800.00: Flat shipping rate of R149.00.
  • Orders of R800.00 or more: Free Shipping applied automatically at checkout.

Delivery Times

  • Processing: Orders take 1 to 2 business days to pack and prepare.
  • Delivery: 2 to 5 working days from the date of dispatch.
  • Main Centres: Deliveries to major hubs (like Johannesburg, Cape Town, and Durban) are often faster.
  • Regional Areas: Remote or outlying areas may take an additional 1 to 2 days.
  • Delivery Hours: Couriers deliver Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. No deliveries occur on weekends or public holidays.

Order Tracking

  • Once your package is collected by our local courier partners, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • This email will contain your unique tracking number and a link to track your parcel’s journey online.

Delivery Conditions

  • Physical Street Addresses Only: Our courier network requires a physical address (home or office). We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
  • Signature Required: Please ensure someone is available at your chosen address to sign for the package.
  • Failed Deliveries: If no one is available, the courier will attempt to contact you to reschedule. Please ensure your delivery details and contact number are accurate at checkout to avoid delivery delays or extra redelivery fees

Exchanges

  • Change of Mind If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Exchange Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the courier fees required to return the original item to us and to ship the new item back to you. We can arrange this courier collection and delivery for you at our standard rates.
  • Defective Items: If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we will cover all courier collection and replacement costs.
